"Just a friend." she answered, still smirking. The stairs seemed almost neverending. After a few more minutes, they finaly reached the top, and Lucy opened a room, the windows sloppily nailed in, and a small mirror that was almost covered in cracks. "Welcome to the stereotypical vampire bedroom. You two can sleep in here if I get the couch in." She said.

Lucy smirked and pointed over to a small coffin. "Thats just there, but I can sleep in that if needed, or you could. Your choice." She said.

From a shadow near Hotaru, a pale, almost ghost-like hand snapped out and rested its palm on Hotaru's shoulder.

Lucy tried not to burst out laughing as she saw the pale hand. She looked away quickly and bit her lip.

Hotaru turned her head to see the hand. Her face growing pale. "Ahhhhhhhhhh!" she screamed throwing the hand off an hiding behind Lucy.

Lucy couldnt hold it in any longer. She fell to the ground in a fit of laughter. "Ai! That was wonderful!" She gasped out.

Lucy chuckled, then put a serious face on. "But really, are you sure you dont want to sleep in the coffin? Ai tells me its pretty comphy." She asked again, patting Ai on the head

Hikari sat on her roof top qitely. It was early in the morning and just at the point when even the birds hadn't awakened.
