Estelle looked at the wolf girl.
"It's my job to know these things, Sophia." She flashed her a smile before turning back to Lucy. "If you will follow me please." She said, leading the way back to the royal estate.

Lucy nodded and quietly followed after Estelle. 'I wonder what kind of present it will be...' she thought to herself, having only been in Elven territory once before. "Thank you so much, Princess." she said, still smiling.

She smiled back.
"We're away from the crowd. Please call me Estelle." She looked forward again. "I really do hate formalities." She led them up the white marble staircase to the courtyard and onto a ramp that lead from one great white tree to another. She then took them to a short hallway with four doors. She opened the second one on their left, the only one with two doors. This was Estelle's room. She looked back at Lucy and smiled. "Please, come in,"

Lucy nodded. "Alright, Estelle. Thats such a beautiful name." she answered. She smiled, making her eyes arch, and walked into the room. "I'm taking it this is no small gift... right?" she asked, after all, if it was of less importance, Estelle would have given her the gift right then and there, right?

She laughed.
"Well, actually," She walked accross her room and dissapeared for a moment before reappearing with a round, glass wine bottle filled with a thick red substance. "People would have looked at me strange if I carried around a bottle of blood around with me." She laughed.

Lucy's expresion changed. "Blood!" she squealed, then noticed she was acting like a child. She coughed and regained her composure. "This is a wonderful gift, Estelle. Thank you." she said, bowing then taking the bottle, watching in a sence of wonder as the liquid swayed from side to side.

She smiled.
"I didn't want to waste it," She said, smiling more. "So I asked my nurses to keep whatever blood I lost while they were taking out the rocks that had been shot into me. I hope I taste alright." She never thought she'd hear herself say that.

"From the way you smelled, I think I'll enjoy it." she complimented, smiling back. "This really is an honor, thank you." she said, dipping her head in respect. To a vampire, the blood of royalty was something most would only dream of.

"I'm glad you like it." She said. "I wanted to thank you properly for the other night." She bowed in respect in return. "If you hadn't showed up, he would have ripped me apart. I owe you so much." She straightened and smiled cheerfully. "I would say I owe you my life, but I already gave it to Death."

She laughed lightly. "He definatly something." she said, thinking about it for a moment. Why had he told her that she could drink from him at the last minute? She shook the thought out of her head. "I smelled your blood, so I was thinking something was wrong." she explained, "Elves are so graceful, I knew it would be unlike them to fall on their faces and start bleeding or something." she chuckled.

Estelle laughed.
"Oh, I've fallen on my face before. When I was younger," She kept smiling at the girl. "It's a wonder, though..." She said, "How you became so close to Death himself." She looked at her hands. "I don't know why, but," She fiddled with the silk fabric. "I wish to be close to him as well. Though I know that it shouldn't and probably never will be." She laughed at herself. "Ah the stupidity that runs through the minds of those whom are trapped."

"I don't know... he just started talking to me." She murmured, rubbing the back of her head, then she looked back up at Estelle. "Being trapped with the coven for so many years made me think stupid thoughts as well. I was always day-dreaming about what it would be like to go to the city all by myself, and look where I am now. You'll get there one day." she said, smiling softly.

She smiled sadly in return.
"I'm afraid not." She said. "I do not live for myself, but for all the nations in this city, all the people in this city. I live to protect them, you, everyone we know and don't know. Their lives are all on my shoulders." She lead them out of her room and closed the doors behind them. "I cannot just dissapear, and that is something I want to thank Death for." They walked the same path they used to come.

Lucy nodded sadly. "Thats quite a responcibilty... I could never do something like that. I'm sure you must have a great ammount of respect." she said quietly, "There are very few people in this world that can do that kind of thing, we're all lucky they picked you."
